With intense scent and sweet taste, the Plums and ginger organic jam is particularly suitable for maturing seasoned cheeses, but also suitable for breakfast and snacks on bread or roasted slices.
It is obtained from craftsmanship without the use of preservatives and dyes and preserves the characteristics of fruit: cleaned and manually processed plum purée is finally enriched at the end of cooking by grated ginger.

In respect of seasonal fresh fruit used, this jam is made from July till September of every year.
